When working on a Workset enabled project, it is good practice to create a new local file every few days to help reduce project errors in the local file.
Likewise, every week the BIM / Project Manager should open the central file and Compact / Save-As to help keep it in good health.
Remember that when a new central file is created, new local files will subsequently need to be created.
