Short lines

You can’t generally draw a line smaller than 0.78mm (1/32″). But you can trick Revit into giving you a line shorter, but only when in the Family editor.

Steps

1. While in the Family Editor draw a short line.
2. Divide the line into two elements by using the Split tool.
3. Delete one of the two new lines.
