Non-centered dimensions

762

Sometimes you want Center Line markers on dimensions, and sometimes you don’t.
But when dimensioning Families you don’t really have a choice if you need to select a reference which is considered to be a Center.

To get around this, in the Family draw an ‘Invisible’ Detail Line where you want to pick up the non-center line dimension as a reference.

Then when back in the project use TAB to highlight and select the Detail Line rather than the Center Line.
